At Drift Forge, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products.
Clearance or final-sale items.
Products damaged due to improper use or installation.
Gift cards and promotional items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

The item received is defective.
The wrong item was shipped.
The product arrived damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Drift Forge cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
