Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Any applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, or import charges for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier and may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Delivery Delays

Drift Forge is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Public holidays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Other events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Drift Forge cannot guarantee successful delivery and may not be able to issue a refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We may require photos of damaged items and packaging to assist with carrier claims and resolution.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
